A name tag will be provided to you. Your name tag needs to be worn the entire weekend so that you will not be charged additionally. If you have a guest, that will also be noted on your tag.

Our goal is to have our reunion at a location where there will be a lot of you and your family to do. The venues we are choosing will have a hotel, casino, game room, pool, and one has a bowling alley and laser tag.

Friday, October 5, 2012:

5:00pm:

We will meet at Cibola for a Chili Pepper dinner and a tour of the school for those who would like to do so.

7:00pm:

Watch the football game.

After the game:

Return to reunion location for mingling and drinking from 7-?. After the game, we are hoping to have our event at a location which has a bar and also entertainment. We will know more about what other type of entertainment and family things you can do as we get closer to booking our venue. We are currently looking at 2 different casinos. Bowling and arcade and laser tag w/ pool is at one of them. The other has more adult entertainment but also has an arcade for kids and a very nice pool.

In the Evening: Semi-formal dinner and dance

6:30pm: Mingle and cocktails

You will also have the opportunity to have your picture taken. Scott Sawyer from our class will be handling this and you will be able to order copies for his website directly. You can take a picture with your guest or other classmates.

7:30-8:30pm: Dinner and slide presentation

8:30-?: DJ and dancing. We will also be having some games and a slide presentation.
