9/19/2002: New payment option: If you are only planning on attending the dinner/dance, the cost of the reunion is $40 per person. Otherwise, the cost is $75 per person. Check out the Frequently Asked Questions further down on this page for info on how your fee will be spent.

8/1/2002: The deadline for sending in your reunion fee has been extended to August 15.

7/16/2002: Reunion t-shirts are $10 each. They will say something like "FEAR is not a factor for me. I attended my 10 year reunion." To order one (or more), let us know in your RSVP and send the money along with your reunion fee.

I hope everyone has been doing well. It seems like only yesterday that we were walking up onto that platform to get our diploma, dazed looks in our eyes and sweat pouring down our faces from the intense Yuma heat... and that was at 7 o’clock at night :)

It’s been 10 years and it’s time to get together and see how we’ve all turned out. Plan today to attend this reunion. Don’t let another 10 years go by. Take time to look at the information on this website. We’ve tried to make it easy for you to find out what’s being planned and to address any questions you may have. Feel free to give us your comments and make sure that you RSVP. Be sure to inform anyone and everyone you know from our class about this website so they can find out all they need to know about the Raiders Class of 1992 Reunion.

We only have a few short months to get this baby going. If you are interested in helping, and hopefully you are, e-mail Tina. Also, if you know of anyone who is interested in sponsoring our reunion contact them. We need $$, gifts, food, places to meet – anything.

Reminder: If you know of a classmate who isn’t on the e-mail list then you need to get a hold of them and tell them to e-mail Tina at tina@deasonlaw.com to get on the list. We all need to find our fellow alumni and give them information about the website and reunion.

When is all of this going to happen?

The Cibola Homecoming game is scheduled for October 25th. The reunion will start on October 25th at the football game and activities will go thru 1 a.m. on Saturday, October 26th.

Sounds cool, but what'll it cost me?

The cost of the reunion is $75.00 per person. If you are only planning on attending the dinner/dance, the cost is $40.00 per person. Alumni who are planning on attending the reunion need to make sure to RSVP. You can make your checks payable to Raider Class of 1992 and send them to 11194 E. 25th Place, Yuma, AZ 85367.

How will my reunion fee be spent?

There was only $150 in our account from CHS, so we didn't have very much to start with. Here's how we're spending the money we recieve:

• Friday night activity – homecoming game (fee to get in)
• Manske's after the game (cover charge to get in)
• Paper and postage to mail info about the reunion to those who don’t have e-mail access
• Name tags for alumni (this is your ticket to get into all activities). This is for supplies; our committee is donating time to make them for everyone.
• Picnic
  • Jump Delight for kids at picnic
  • Picnic Area – reserve park (fees to reserve 2 cabanas)
  • Cost of food
• Dinner/dance
  • Cost to reserve the building
  • Cost of the food
  • Decorations (table decorations and other various kinds of decor)
  • Picture backdrop
  • DJ fee
• Photography
  • Cost of developing a 5x7 picture for each alumni
  • Postage to mail alumni their pictures
  • Envelopes
• Postage and envelopes/paper to mail letters to local business to donate prizes to be given at the dinner/dance
• T-shirts
  • Gas to pick up shirts in El Centro to save on postage to mail them
  • Fax transmittal use – long distance calls

• Website (design and host it, time to maintain and update it) - I'm da man
• Finances (pay bills, make deposits) at AEA FCU - Thanks Sandra
• Planning for reunion (attending mtgs, giving their time and energy) – thanks to all:
  • Aurora - research for activities, letters to businesses
  • Heather - hospitality, picnic and t-shirts, research
  • Windy and Rosie - media
  • Sandra - finances and decorations
  • Lupita - pricing out things: food for picnic, tables, and researching things

How can I help out?

Good reunions cost money. Great reunions cost even more money. One of the best ways that you can help us out is by finding a company to sponsor our reunion or by making a financial contribution. If you know of a company that might sponsor us, please contact one of the reunion coordinators.
